Seven-point checklist

Seven-point spreadsheet row checklist

Score your row

6–7Strong shortlist candidate

Still inspect the external listing and current terms.

4–5Research more

Name the missing evidence before opening another page.

2–3Weak row

A better comparison is likely available.

0–1Remove for now

Do not let a vague lead occupy your shortlist.

QC photos by category

Shoes and sneakers

Look for both sides, toe, heel, sole, interior label, and a usable size reference.

Clothing

Look for front, back, seams, cuffs, collar, fabric detail, and measurements laid flat.

Bags and accessories

Look for dimensions, hardware, closures, corners, interior, straps, and scale.

Electronics

Photos support specification checks; they do not replace connector, voltage, region, and compatibility information.

If you find a separate photo set, match it to the exact source, color, size, and version before using it as evidence for the row.

Good row example

stronger

Plain zip hoodie · size L

Four useful angles · chest and length measurements · estimated weight labeled · source title aligned

6/7

The row is not “good” because it promises quality. It is stronger because it gives you specific evidence to compare.

Weak row example

weak

Popular hoodie · many colors

One cropped image · no measurement method · no weight context · unclear source title

2/7

Opening the link might answer the missing questions, but the spreadsheet row has done little filtering work.

One-sentence save rule

Save a find only when you can finish this sentence: “This row stays because…”

If the answer is only “it looks popular,” remove it for now.
