Start with the item, then add the gap
Suppose you are comparing jackets. “Zentbuy jackets” is enough for a first pass. If sizing is the problem, add “chest measurement.” If the original listing is unclear, add the marketplace name. If shipping may change the choice, add “weight.”
One focused addition makes the results easier to judge. Several near-identical additions usually produce more repetition, not more useful information.
Choose the page that solves today’s problem
Is the list current?
Look for a checked date, then open a few destinations. A recent year in a heading means little if the rows lead to changed or missing products.
Do I need more options?
Stay within one category and compare a small group. Opening ten unrelated products makes prices, photos, and measurements harder to judge.
Am I new to the sheet?

Is one row unclear?

Useful when the row points toward a sourcing page. Minimum quantities, options, and listing context may differ, so read the source carefully.

Search by category
Pair the platform with one product type: shoes, sneakers, hoodies, T-shirts, jackets, pants, bags, watches, jewelry, accessories, or electronics. Then compare rows within that group.

Search by checking need

When you need the original source
A converter may help move a Taobao, Weidian, or 1688 URL into another service, but it cannot check the seller or confirm that the item is unchanged. Keep the untouched URL, compare both destinations, and stop if the title, option, or photos no longer line up.

Do not chase every wording variation
If two searches bring back the same pages, changing singular to plural or rearranging the platform name is unlikely to help. Add a useful product detail instead.
When the same item appears on another sheet
Different lists may use different titles for the same source page. Compare the original URL, selected option, visible photos, and checked date. If the destination is the same, keep the clearer record instead of treating it as a new candidate.

Search habits that waste time

- Assuming a separate photo result automatically belongs to the exact row.
- Looking for coupons, login help, refunds, payments, or tracking on an unofficial guide when the official channel is the right source.
